We proudly run 23 sustainable shops across the Thames Valley, offering a wide selection of quality preloved items including fashion, homeware, toys, books, DVDs, and more. We also operate a number of specialist stores, such as our Homestores, which focus on preloved and upcycled furniture, and our Windsor Vintage and Retro store, full of one-of-a-kind treasures. Our flagship Reading Superstore goes the extra mile, with its own Café, alterations service, and dedicated areas for upcycling and repairs—making it a real hub for sustainable living in the community.

About us

Proudly serving our community since 1987, we are a local charity providing compassionate, specialist hospice care and support to local families facing a life-limiting condition. Our dedicated nurses and doctors support patients and their loved ones at home and in our beautiful Hospice by Bray Lake, helping them live every moment with dignity and comfort.

Café by the Lake

Our Café is open to everyone and offers a warm, welcoming space to relax and unwind. Conveniently located with ample parking and stunning views over Bray Lake, it’s the perfect spot to take a break. We serve a delicious variety of hot and cold food and drinks, making it an ideal choice for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea - or simply a treat at any time of day.
